More and more organizations are being asked to work in an ever changing and at times uncertain environment. Staff development at all levels needs to have a sustainable and transitional impact to help an organization and its people continue to provide the services they desire. This can be achieved by challenging current attitudes and behaviours at all levels within the organisation. Facilitating a re-think of where "I am" in the current business climate and reinforcing the team dynamic and the benefits of collaborative working.
